this period. We talked about using

Pencil, Pad to draw or Paint Brush, Paint and Canvas and enjoy a relaxing
moment in time of Painting or drawing whatever your Artistic side gives
you. Free your mind while you draw or paint. This is a soothing moment. Get some alone time to free your mind of
anything other than the thoughts of what you are drawing or painting. Try this exercise several times a week and
see what lovely paintings or drawings you can come up with while enjoying a
relaxing moment.
